We offer a next-day delivery service on over 75% of our product range when shipped to the UK Mainland. Our privately-owned stock and distribution centre (located on the outskirts of Manchester) enables us to pick and fulfil most orders as soon as they are placed, dispatching to the customer the same day for next day delivery.  We offer 2 Services through DPD Couriers Next Day And a Pre 12 Next Day service

Sometimes, things can take a little longer. The estimated lead time for each product is advertised on the page, so look out for the availability badge when shopping. Our current service level indicates 97% of orders reach the customer within this time.

Larger Products

When shipping heavy catering equipment, large appliances, bulk orders and some specialist items, we normally dispatch them using pallets and a suitably equipped freight provider to ensure they reach you without damage. Depending on the items you order, our Customer Service Team may contact you to organise a two-man delivery and/or re-quote for a specialist service, particularly in areas with geographic surcharges. Tracking information is provided by SMS text message so please provide valid mobile number when ordering.

There are limitations to zones 2, 3 and 4 and we cannot guarantee a next day service.
